Please join me Friday night, July 1, 2011, for Ananda Mandala Meditation and the Oneness Blessing - 6:30 PM in Center City

We will begin with short meditation, Ananda Mandala (a breathing exercise) then share the blessing! Seating will be on chairs, feel free to bring a cushion if you like.

It awakens in us a deeper sense of connection with the oneness of everything allowing us to deepen our relationships with ourselves, others and the environment. Although experiences differ from person to person, it often brings a quieting of the mind and an opening of the heart. Receiving the Oneness Blessing initiates neuro-biological change in the brain that leads to awakening

The Blessing is not tied to any particular religion, belief or spiritual path. It simply enhances your own special connection with the Sacred in whatever way is most meaningful to you.
